We are looking for an experienced IAM Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-level identity governance and privileged access management solutions. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep technical knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end project ownership in a high-compliance environment.

We’re expanding our cybersecurity practice and looking for a skilled IAM Technical Lead to drive the design and deployment of identity and access management (IAM/IGA & PAM) solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of IAM/IGA and PAM solutions across
the enterprise
Develop and enforce identity lifecycle policies, including provisioning, de-provisioning,
and entitlements management
Drive automation and continuous improvement in IAM processes to strengthen access
controls
Translate business and compliance requirements into technical IAM solutions aligned
with strategic goals
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IAM projects, including configuration and integration
activities
Provide technical leadership and end-user support while working across crossfunctional teams
Implement modern security controls to reduce the risk profile and ensure a strong
identity posture
Stay updated on IAM technologies, standards, and best practices to guide
organizational adaptation
Communicate IAM and digital security concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in IAM architecture, development, and implementation
Hands-on experience with leading IAM/IGA & PAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk,
Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, MFA,
and SoD
Proven experience deploying SoD controls to SAP systems using IAM/IGA tools
Excellent development skills in Java, JSON, SQL, API development, and PowerShell
Familiarity with risk reduction, policy enforcement, and governance frameworks in IAM environments
Experience managing complex IAM projects involving multiple business units and high-compliance standards
