The Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with the HR department, business leaders, and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
  2. Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with top talent in the industry through networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  4. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  5. Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
  6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment-related matters.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee retention strategies, including engagement and development initiatives.
  9. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, iimjobs, Naukri, etc.
  10. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  11. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
  12. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  13. Compose job offer letters and onboard new hires.
  14. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  15. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. B. Tech in Computer Science, and significant experience in data analytics, with an excellent understanding of data warehouses / data-marts and dimensional data models.
  2. 4+ Years’ experience Developing Data & Analytic Solutions. • Experience in Data Architecture including Data Modelling, Data Mining and Data Ingestion.
  3. Experience with AWS associated technologies (S3 buckets, Glue, Data Pipeline, DMS, RDS, Redshift, Aurora, Lambda)
  4. Knowledge of creating ETL scripts with languages such as Python, Node.js, SQL
  5. Experience in Data Warehousing and Big Data. • Experience with Relational databases (SQL Server).
  6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices, and experience with data governance.

  9. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Analytics roles.
  10. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  11. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
